IT support that actually picks up the phone.
I'm Lewis — I look after IT for small businesses across Lancashire and the North West. One person who knows your setup, answers your call, and quietly keeps things running.

Nobody wakes up wanting IT support.
They want the invoice to reach the right bank account, the laptop to work on Monday, and the questionnaire from their biggest client answered. Three things go wrong for businesses your size, and none of them need a scare story.
Someone gets into your email
Phishing is the most common attack on UK businesses by a distance — 38% saw one last year. The damage is rarely dramatic: someone quietly reads your mail for a fortnight, then sends your best client an invoice with different bank details on it. Multi-factor authentication and a properly configured Defender stop that before it starts.
A laptop dies on a Tuesday morning
When there are three of you, one dead machine is a third of the business stopped — and the usual fix is somebody working off a personal laptop for a week. I keep a managed spare ready to go, built and delivered the same day, and collect the broken one.
A client sends you a security questionnaire
It is becoming the price of working with larger organisations and anyone in the public sector. Cyber Essentials answers most of it with one certificate — and only 12% of small businesses hold one, so it is quietly turning into a way to win work rather than just keep it.

Most MSPs pass you between a sales rep, a level-1 helpdesk and a project lead. I'm the one you speak to. That keeps things fast, keeps decisions sensible, and means the person fixing your laptop is the same person who designed the network.
I deliberately keep my client list small so that when something breaks, I have time to actually look at it.

Common questions
Who do you work with?+
Small businesses across Lancashire and the North West with up to five users — accountants, consultancies, professional services, trades. If you're bigger than that, I can recommend someone who'll fit you better.
Are you available out of hours?+
Standard support is Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30. Genuine emergencies (cyber incidents, total outages) are covered out of hours by arrangement — there's a CYBER ATTACK button in your portal that pages me directly.
What happens when I sign up?+
We have an onboarding call, I audit your current setup, then I produce a short written plan of what to keep, what to fix and what to migrate. Nothing changes on your systems until you say yes.
Are there long contracts?+
That's up to you. The default is monthly rolling — if I'm not earning your business, you should be free to leave. If you'd prefer the certainty of a fixed term (typically 12 months), we can set one up, often with better pricing in return.
Tell me a bit about your business.
I'll come back to you within one working day with a sensible next step — usually a 20-minute call. No sales pressure.
