IT support for small businesses in Lancashire.
I'm Lewis. I look after the IT for small businesses across Lancashire and the North West — unlimited remote helpdesk, proactive monitoring and patching on every device, and one number to call when something goes wrong.
You'll always know who's on the other end.
I'm the one you speak to. That keeps things fast, keeps decisions sensible, and means the person fixing your laptop is the same person who designed your network. Here's what that replaces.
You get passed around
Most IT companies hand you between a sales rep, a level-one helpdesk and a project lead. Nobody in that chain actually knows your setup.
Nobody owns the problem
When the person fixing your laptop is not the person who built your network, small issues turn into long tickets and repeated explanations.
Small teams get squeezed
Businesses of a handful of people are too small to matter to a big provider — so the proactive work quietly stops happening.
Everything a small team needs, nothing they don't.
The day-to-day help, the quiet background work, and a proper conversation every quarter about where things are heading.
Unlimited remote support
As much help as you need, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. One number to call when things go wrong.
Proactive monitoring
Every device is watched, so I often know something is going wrong before you do.
Patching and endpoint security
Devices kept updated and protected in the background, without anyone having to remember to do it.
Microsoft 365 admin
Accounts, licensing, mailboxes and permissions looked after, so your email and files just work.
Cloud backup of your 365 data
Your Microsoft 365 data backed up, so a deleted mailbox or a bad day is recoverable.
Quarterly review with me
A proper sit-down each quarter, in person or on a call, to talk about what is working and what is next.
Simple, per-user, no surprises.

Common questions
Who do you work with?+
Small businesses across Lancashire and the North West with up to about five users — accountants, consultancies, professional services and trades. If you are bigger than that, I will happily recommend someone who will fit you better rather than stretch to take you on.
Are you available out of hours?+
Standard support is Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. Genuine emergencies such as cyber incidents or total outages are covered out of hours by arrangement — there is a CYBER ATTACK button in your portal that pages me directly.
What happens when I sign up?+
We have an onboarding call, I audit your current setup, then I write you a short plan covering what to keep, what to fix and what to migrate. Nothing changes on your systems until you say yes.
Are there long contracts?+
That is up to you. The default is monthly rolling — if I am not earning your business, you should be free to leave. If you would prefer the certainty of a fixed term, typically twelve months, we can set one up, often with better pricing in return.
Will I actually speak to you?+
Yes. I am a one-person consultancy and I keep my client list deliberately small, so the person who answers your call is the same person who designed your network. No call centre, no ticket queue to shout into.
